We went to see Namdaemun market on Sunday. Unfortunately I didn't buy anything in there but Julien got a hair band with red devil's horns for me. Actaully many korean people(especially girls) are wearing this when they watch the world cup match :P
We've been to Hongdae. It's a nice place for night life ;) There are a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. We spent the night in a club named Harlem. It's in the basement and there are so many people. Actually it was a little hard to dance because of it but it was cool anyway.
Well, you can see some entertainments like this in Myeong-dong and also in Dongdaemun. Last time I've been to Seoul with my friend, I saw a korean punk band. It was really funny to see :P
I've been to Seoul during weekend. We had a really nice weather and it was hot actually. You can see red stuff everywhere in the city, yes it's because of FIFA World Cup 2006 :) I went shopping during day on Saturday as Seoul is supposed to be a "shopping heaven" for japanese people :P Don't worry if you can't speak Korean, you can do shopping in japanese!
It was really fun to see Russia as I've never been before. Maybe I should come back one day because I couldn't check the night life in Russia, it must be fun to see, don't you think? :P You can check pictures of Russia I posted in this blog=> http://allezzou.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_allezzou_archive.html
We went to see Bolshoi Circus on the last day in Moscow. It was fun to see a lot of entertainments with animals(dogs, cats, elephants, tiger, hoses, and bears). Of course it's not only animals, you can see great performers as well :)
It's a souvenir market, you can find a lot of things like traditional doll Matryoshka, potteries, antiques, Tshirts, IDs of KGB also(of course it's fake one :P) etc... Very interesting place I think. We had Shashrik for lunch, it's a russian BBQ but it's from central aisa as it looks like the same as shish kebab :) It was tasty! yum yum :P
Unfortunately we couldn't get into Red square because there was victory parade on the 9th of May and we went there the day before that. You can see Lenin Mausoleum in the middle of Red square, but it was decorated for parade at that time. It is also known as Lenin's Tomb, you can see his body as you know.
By the way, I saw some couples in wedding dresses who are taking pictures around there :) One of them are vietnameese as my brother told me so, it looked a little funny to see asian couple who got married in Rusia.
